Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction when purchasing DPF Delete Kits, so we’ve outlined clear and straightforward guidelines to help you navigate refunds and exchanges.
Order Cancellation
- Immediate Processing: Once you place an order for our DPF Delete Kits or related products, we immediately begin processing it. This includes creating a shipping label and preparing the item for dispatch. Due to this fast turnaround, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
- Already Shipped? If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel it, you will need to wait until it arrives before initiating a product return. Once you receive the item, you can follow the steps in our exchange policy. If you contact us before the order has left our facility, we’ll attempt to stop the shipment, but the shipping fees will not be refunded.

How to Start an Exchange
- Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): To begin a product replacement, you will need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us process your exchange efficiently. Please contact our support team at hello@dpf-delete.com to get your RMA number. Without this number, we cannot accept or process your request.
Product-Specific Exchange Guidelines
A. Tuners:
- Exchange Eligibility: If you’ve purchased a tuner, it is eligible for replacement unless it includes custom tuning, which is non-refundable and final sale.
- Faulty Tuners: If the tuner you receive is defective through no fault of your own, we’ll cover the shipping costs and issue a refund or replacement.
- Other Exchanges: If you are exchanging a non-faulty tuner, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund or credit. This policy also applies to swaps.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% or more may apply to non-faulty tuner exchanges, depending on the condition of the returned product and its packaging.
B. Exhausts, Race Pipes, and EGR Kits:
- Non-Exchangeable Items: We do not accept exchanges for exhausts, race pipes, or EGR kits unless they are damaged or incorrectly shipped.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your exhaust, race pipe, or EGR kit arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know immediately. We will arrange for a replacement part or product, depending on the situation. Once these items are installed, they are no longer eligible for exchange.
- Exhausts & Race Pipes: If the product arrives damaged, we will send replacement parts or a new unit as necessary. If the wrong item was sent, we will provide a shipping label and send the correct product.
- EGR Kits: For EGR kits that arrive damaged or incomplete, we will send any missing parts or replace the kit if needed. If you received the wrong kit, we will provide a shipping label and dispatch the correct item at no additional cost.
- Other Exchange Reasons: If you decide to exchange a non-damaged product, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Restocking fees of 50% for exhaust systems and a minimum of 25% for EGR kits will apply based on the condition. Note: Exchanges are not accepted once the item has been installed.
Refunds and Credits
- Inspection Process: Once your returned DPF Delete Kit or related product arrives at our facility, we will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our quality standards. Refunds or credits will be issued after this inspection, minus any applicable restocking fees.
